Different pack sizes are available:

Open the packaging, place the tablet in your mouth, chew and brush with a wet toothbrush as you would do with a regular toothpaste. Then rinse the mouth well with water. VIDEO

Handle your tablets by keeping them dry, as they should not be directly exposed to moisture. Keep the cap firmly on the packaging when not in use. Be sure it is airtight!
